[ Recipe ] Potato balls .. !
Hello everyone
I'm going to write down a simple recipe I made today
very easy and delicious
" Potato balls "
* You will need :
- 6 medium sized potato .
- 1 ts salt .
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon .
- 3/4 ts cumin .
- 1/2 black paper.
- cheddar cheese or Mozzarella cheese .
- 2 eggs .
- 1/2 cup of Bread crumbs .
- 6 or more Kiri cheese .
* You will do :
1- Boil the potatoes , make sure they are well boiled , take them out and mash them .
2- Season the potatoes with the salt , cinnamon , cumin and black paper . Mix well .
3- Add any any type of cheese you like and mix well .
4- Create ball of potatoes and stuff them with kiri cheese .
5- roll them and dip them in the eggs ( after wicking them ) and cover them with bread crumbs .
6- Deep fry the potatoes for about 1 min.
