I got this recipe from Andrew Mitchell 's book "Soups & Snacks"
I was not sure that it will end up well
but it DID .. it was SO yummy .. !

- 250g canned crab meat .
- 25ml Dijon mustard .
- 25ml mayonnaise.
- 50g parsley , chopped .
- 50g bread crumbs .
- 100g flour .
- 50g onions , finely chopped .
- 10ml lemon juice .
1- preheat oven to 200*C
2- Mix all ingredients in bowl until well combined then shape into small cakes.
3- heat a pan with olive oil then place crab cakes in pan.
4- cook until brown then flip and brown other side.
5- remove from pan and place on nonstick baking sheet and place in the oven for 5min.
6- remove from oven and serve with blue cheese salsa .
